When you submit our career-interest form, we receive the first and last name, email address, telephone number, career interests, optional preferences, your acknowledgment of contact consent, and your optional SMS opt-in selection. Our website hosting and form-processing provider may process technical data needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use submitted information to review your interests, contact you about potentially relevant career opportunities, respond to questions, and protect the website from abuse. Submitting this form does not guarantee a job opening, interview, or placement.

Storage and service providers

Website form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify, our hosting/form provider, and may be sent to our designated business email inbox as notifications. These providers process information to deliver their services.

Sharing

We do not sell submitted candidate information. We do not automatically send submissions to hiring partners. If sharing your details with a specific recruiter or hiring organization would be useful, we will obtain your authorization first, or ask you to apply directly.

Text message consent and privacy

If you separately opt in, JMac's Business Solutions LLC may send you recruitment-related text messages. Message frequency varies. You may opt out by replying STOP or seek help by replying HELP or emailing us. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone information with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. Retention and your choices

We retain career inquiries only while reasonably needed for recruiting follow-up and related business records; a defined retention schedule has not yet been established. You can request that we stop contacting you, update your information, or delete your submission by emailing us. We will handle requests subject to any applicable legal obligations.

Security and updates

We use a third-party form processing and hosting service rather than publishing form submissions on the website. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy to reflect changes in our processes and will post the revised version here.

Important: Please do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial account details, or other sensitive information through this form.
